Seat Cushion Options
Klaussner not only offers a wide selection of fabrics and styles to choose from but also offers a choice of different cushion options on most frames so you can select the cushion option that is right for you.

The Posture Plush seat consists of 1.8 ultra cell foam core. Placed on top and bottom is a 2oz. Dacron fiber stip. On top and bottom of this is placed 3 oz Facron Fiber. Surrounding this is a 2 oz. FCW Dacron fiber. After all is assembled the seat is stuffed into an accord jacket and closed. Frame with a "P" prefix will have this cushion option.

The Innersoft seat cushion begins with a 1.8 core that has been dire pressed with the exact number of holes in which the springs will be inserted. The spring used is a 13.5 guage steel with a height of 3.5". An insert of foam is placed on top and bottom of the springs. Once the insertes are in place, a topper cut out of 1.8 foam is glued on top and bottom. The final operation is to glue the Dacron wrap to the top, front and bottom of the cushion. Styles with the prefix "x" will have this cushion option.

The Down Blend seat consists of 1.8 ultra cell foam and the seat is wrapped with 3 oz. polyester fiber. The seat is then stuffed into a fiber down jacket. The jacket is sewn out of a down proof tick with a blend of polyester fiber and gray duck feathers blown into channels on top and bottom. This construction is designed to provide quality comfort and crown. Softening is a common characteristic if the cushion with use. Styles containing the prefix "D" will contain this cushion.
